Volunteering with Pack 545

Pack 545 is powered entirely by volunteers.

Every meeting, activity, fundraiser, and special event happens because families contribute their time and talents.

We ask each family to help in some way during the Scouting year. That does not have to mean taking on a major leadership role. Some opportunities require only a few hours once a year, while others involve a more regular commitment.

No prior Scouting experience necessary—just enthusiasm and a desire to support your child.

Volunteer Inquiry

Our Pack thrives because of families like yours.

Whether you have a couple of hours a month or want to take on a bigger role, there is a place for you. Start the conversation here.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer roles vary in both responsibility and time commitment. Examples include:

  • Committee member, such as Treasurer or Secretary

  • Den Leader

  • Assistant Den Leader

  • Popcorn Kernel

  • Event Organizer, such as Blue & Gold or Pinewood Derby

  • Event Assistant

These are general estimates, and available positions may change each year.

Every Contribution Helps

You do not need special experience to volunteer. Many roles include instructions, support, and help from other pack families.

Whether you lead throughout the year, organize one event, or help for a few hours, your contribution makes Pack 545 stronger and helps create a great Scouting experience for every Scout. Thank you!
