Introduction to the Popcorn Program

Popcorn sales are Pack 545’s annual fundraiser, helping support a great year of Scouting while keeping costs lower for families.

Scouts work toward a goal, build confidence, practice communication skills, and take an active role in funding their own Scouting experience.

Why Participate?

Fund your Adventures

Scouts earn 25% of their popcorn sales for their Scout account with the Pack. Funds can be used toward eligible Scouting expenses such as summer camp, Scout sleepovers, activities, and uniforms for Scouts and registered adult volunteers.

Help Power a Great Year of Scouting

Pack 545 earns a portion of sales, helping offset year-round program costs and keep dues lower for everyone.

Build Skills for Life

Selling popcorn helps Scouts practice goal setting, communication, financial literacy, self-motivation, and responsibility. Participation may also help complete requirements toward rank advancement.

No Upfront Costs

There are no upfront costs for families or the Pack, and Scouts can participate in built-in prize programs and Pack incentives along the way.

How to Get Started

  1. Download the Trails End popcorn app (Google Play and App Store)
  2. Register your Scout with Trail’s End to create their popcorn account. Multiple scouts can be logged into the same app. You toggle between the scouts by clicking their name at the top of the page.
  3. Sign up for available store shifts.
  4. Watch the quick training videos for tips on getting started and making the most of your sale.
