Pack Happenings

*A note about event sign-ups:
Some Pack events use private sign-up sheets that may include family information, so those links are not posted publicly on the website.

Please make sure you’re receiving Scoutbook emails, for the weekly Pack newsletter, current sign-up links, event reminders, important updates, and Den leader communication.

Renew Your Scout’s Registration

Annually, you need to renew your dues and registration to Pack 545. Many Scouts are up for renewal in the coming weeks so please be proactive – not renewing means you end up getting dropped automatically and we lose communication with you via Scoutbook.

How to Renew

  • Log in at my.scouting.org using your parent account.
  • Select My Applications.
  • Under My Renewals, find your Scout.
  • Click Renew.
  • Review your options and fees, enter payment information, and submit.

Using popcorn funds?
If you plan to use your Scout’s popcorn earnings toward dues or uniforms, you must still pay upfront and submit your receipt to the Pack Treasurer for reimbursement.

Volunteers Needed

Cub Scouting is entirely run by parent volunteers, and our Pack thrives because of families like yours. Right now, to keep offering the best possible experience for our kids, we need a few more parents to step up into volunteer roles.

Whether you have a couple of hours a month or want to take on a bigger role, there is a place for you. No prior Scouting experience necessary—just enthusiasm and a desire to support your child. Learn More
